Where did I go wrong: weight wise

I don’t know where did I go wrong, but I’m gaining weight rapidly after I worked hard to lose it. I need to stop everything I’m doing and start thinking where did I go wrong. My food habits I know for sure are different. I stopped using my food diary, now I believe it was a totally wrong step. Yet working out habits are amazing al7amdo li Allah .
Not sure if I would go back to the food diary this week or no. I think I will start this week and see how it goes. Would be back to the food diary and try another packed lunch (done at home) coz the abs mainly start in the kitchen then the gym or what ever style of working out
